Appenzellerland discovery!
Sunday 31 August - Saturday 6 September
A hotel-based hiking week in the spectacular natural environment of the Alpstein and Appenzellerland, with its beautiful lakes, steep cliffs, typical Appenzell houses, living traditions and lush green landscapes.
Highlights
The idyllic lake of Seealpsee with the Säntis and other peaks reflected in its crystal clear waters; the much-photographed Äscher mountain inn built into the vertical cliff face below Ebenalp; the spectacular Hoher Kasten peak with panoramic views of the Rhine Valley and Appenzellerland; and endless breathtaking views from the high-altitude trails.
We will take advantage of local lifts and public transport to facilitate access to the most scenic routes.
I look forward to sharing this wonderful region with you!
