About

I look forward to meeting you on the trail and sharing the experience together!

My journey into the mountains began later in life, but with conviction. After reassessing my priorities in the years following Covid, I rediscovered the restorative power of nature through regular walks and hikes around my home in the Vaud Alps. What started as simple outings quickly evolved into a deep commitment to mountain travel and alpine environments.

A decisive turning point came with my first ascent of the Pic Chaussy, guided by Sarah Clark — now a close friend and mentor. That experience opened the door to a structured, safe and inspiring approach to hiking, and sparked my desire to go further: summits, winter terrain, and multi-day adventures.

To build solid foundations, I completed my training with the Association Suisse de Guides de Montagne (ASGM), where I gained comprehensive skills in route planning, safety, risk management, and mountain awareness. Learning from experienced guides, avalanche specialists, botanists and geologists confirmed that this was not just a passion, but a profession.

Today, I guide hikers with the same spirit that inspired me at the beginning: respect for the mountains, careful preparation, and genuine enjoyment of being out there together. I value a friendly atmosphere, good humour, and thoughtful pacing — allowing everyone to experience the mountains with confidence and pleasure.

I look forward to welcoming you on the trail and sharing what makes the alpine world both powerful and peaceful.
