Discover the wild beauty of the Swiss National Park through five days of guided hiking from the comfort of a historic hotel base. Explore pristine valleys, vast alpine meadows and larch forests, encounter rich wildlife such as ibex, chamois and marmots, and wander along crystal-clear streams framed by rugged peaks. Enjoy varied panoramic routes revealing the untouched landscapes of Europe’s oldest national park.

Type of hiking

For enthusiastic hikers on good form. Up to 800-1200 m of up climb and descent and 5-6.5 hours of walking each day.  Technical level : T2 with a few short sections at T3. Optional “soft day”: short hike combined with a visit to the Swiss National Park Visitor Centre.

Price per person: CHF 1200 (min. 6, max. 10 participants), including: 5 days’ guided hikes; 5 nights’ accommodation in double rooms (hotel 3*) at the traditional Hotel Bär Post in Zernez, your welcoming base for this immersive alpine experience.
